I'm not a lawyer by any means, but it appears the copyright to Action Comics #1, the first appearance of Superman, has been awarded back to the estate/heirs of one of the original creators, Jerome Siegel. Not quite sure what this means in terms of the whole Superman media juggernaut, but Siegel's survivors just might see a few bucks from the deal. And that would be nice.
